Helmet WIP

Here is the helmet at the moment, it now just needs a neck guard and a paint job. I'll probably add a neck strap too.

WIP Buckle Plate

Well I managed to cast it in the end. It didn't turn out too badly, but I dont think I will attempt to cast anything else in metal until I get some proper equipment. This piece will still be used probably, once its had a coat of gold paint.

Here's the second attempt to make a buckle plate. The first got destroyed in a failed attempt at making a mould. I'll be pouring metal in when this is dry.

Belt implements

The two pieces at the top are belt ends.
The bottom piece is a buckle plate.

My plans for these are to make a mould and hopefully cast them in a cheap metal. This is an experiment currently but if it goes to plan then I'll probably use the same methodd to make some more complicated items like cloak pins and broaches.

Here's a money pouch that I threw together. I hope to make some of these with a more suitable material in the future.

Backstory - Factions and countries

Malanor - (This is where the film is set, Imperius is about a third of the way up from the bottom border.) Malanor used to be part of Sychenia but it was taken over by invaders from the north. Malanor is at war with Sychenia and Edamos.

Sychenia - This is the land where Sankami gets most of his mercenaries from. The Sychenians have been at war for many years since the Malanorians invaded their shores and therefore the Malanorians are a hated people in this country.

Edamos - This is Sankami's homeland. Edamos is expanding its borders and has been grinding away at Malanor for some years. The Edamosians are also at war with the Krynidosians, although Edamos has the biggest army of all of the factions.

Droskon- Droskon is allied with Edamos.
